Who we are
Our names are Dario and Giulietta and we have four children.
After many years spent abroad we have restored this country house in Monferrato in order to enjoy our life in the nature, among our animals, trees and flowers.
Giulietta is a tourist guide, she speaks Italian, English and French and can guide you around.
Dario takes care of the house and the garden. He speaks also German and a bit of Spanish and Dutch.
Together we like to meet people who bring us history and culture of different countries. We are looking forward to meeting you!

“A charming welcome by thoughtful owners. Excellent and generous breakfast. The house is very nice with a beautiful swimming pool (bath towels provided). Location at 15 km from the motorway, ideal for an overnight stop. Rely on your GPS navigator (NAVTEQ card): you will be guided up to the front of the house after a short stretch of country road. Excellent restaurant suggested and booked by the owner for dinner in the village downtown. To be recommended!”

“We came with our daughter two years in a row to this cottage, located in the middle of the countryside, surrounded by fields and nevertheless close to the town of Villanova d’Asti and its railway station from where you can reach Turin downtown in only 20 minutes. The house is beautiful and so the garden, but the top indeed is the large swimming pool, in the middle of a green meadow! It’s a stop I recommend to travelers to or from Italian main touristic destinations, who wish to enjoy two or three days of full relax. The owners are charming and speak excellent French.”
